Wow, that's cheap as heck for one of those.Believe it or not, I got a Revell schoolhouse kit from 1976 with the box and all the parts for $7. The box was a bit beat up though.

Though for the Burger King, I might just use the current logo on the sign.
Some of the Tyco Center St. building kits fetch a lot of money too nowadays; ESPECIALLY the movie theater and drug store (luckily I just bought one of those!)
