I'd reprint the sign to read "Pizza Cutter Hut."

Wow, that's cheap as heck for one of those.Believe it or not, I got a Revell schoolhouse kit from 1976 with the box and all the parts for $7. The box was a bit beat up though.

I know; I want the Pizza Hut and/or Burger King for my new layout, but to me it doesn't matter if they are the Tyco or AHM versions. After all, the only difference is the packaging (didn't Pola make them, or was it a different manufacturer?)
Though for the Burger King, I might just use the current logo on the sign.

Some of the Tyco Center St. building kits fetch a lot of money too nowadays; ESPECIALLY the movie theater and drug store (luckily I just bought one of those!)
