Actually, ken. I have not yet been to his website. But I studied those pics you posted and the craftsmanship is extreme. Thank You for sharing!

Before there was Lionel, for many of us as very young railroaders, we had the Brio Danish wood train toys, with the interlocking track and wooden cars. They are still made for toddlers and children today, although mine were blond wood and today's are painted in bright colors.
The craftsmanship shown by this artist is truly many, many light years beyond those childhood toys. As a (very much amateur) woodworker myself, I can appreciate the painstakingly long time it took to produce and detail these cars, tracks and structures. This work should be featured more prominently in the hobby publications and on line!! Wonderful work, wonderful story on the website link!!!!

Wow, that guy must be a machine to have cranked all of that out. Not just a display piece or two, but enough for a huge modular railroad. The Garratt and the bridge are incredible.
If I were him, I'd spray for termites.

.....................um, his PA's are actually FA's. A mild difference of a screw and rivet.
But, absolutely impressive.

I don't have a one track mind. It depends on the turn-out. "I love your catenary!" Is that a power-trip or just another pick-up line?
