About 4 minutes into the video there is a train scrapyard in Huehuetoca, Mexico, with 6 Baldwin built 4-8-4 steam locomotives.
I checked google Earth and I think I found the former location of the scrapyard. It's all cleared away, now. Wonder what happened to the steamers.

I was able to get the number off the side of at least two of them. 3027 and 3040

According to this website:
http://www.steamlocomotive.com/lists/searchdb.php?class=QR-1&country=MEX

They are on display in Mexico.

3027 is at the Museo del Ferrocarril, Guadalajara, JAL
3040 is at the Oriental Depot 2, Oriental, PUE

It looks like one of them might also be 3056 which is at Estacion Bernal, Tequisquiapan, QRO.
