A few weeks ago I made an awesome score on a complete LNIB Chessie Lionel HO set with a rarely-found iron-on:

And as promised, I've just about finished digitally recreating that AWESOME piece of pure 70's pop-culture artwork. It's cleaned up, expanded to fit an 8x11" sheet (not just child size [:D]) and has a few other tweaks. Can print on paper stock too without that backing-paper "fuzz".
Not going to spill the beans just yet though. [}:)]
Was wondering if anyone here might be interested, if I have to buy iron-on sheets. Not sure what my cost would be but surely could break down to a few bucks to guys here. If the interest is great enough, I might even be able to pursue silk-screening, as I also created actual color separations in vector format.

I would like to buy a couple of the iron-on's when you make them.
Can help you with the silk screening idea too, if you pursue it. How many colors is the design?

I'm fairly certain that the decal is a four color design. And everything is the full color too (no half tones, etc). You have the blue, vermillion, golden yellow, and a black outline (which will be a bear to line up).
I want to know what options you know for silk screening. I have some places here I need to call to see about it, too.

Here is the finished product in a poorly-rendered JPG. Sorry for the watermark, but this isn't my dayjob and I basically redrew the entire thing (art, logos, fonts - yes EVERYTHING) in Corel Draw. So I'm not ready to let others rip my work into the public domain just yet...

As you can see, I centered Chessie, and brought the herald back outside the logo. I originally intended to curve it around the art, but that was too busy and just didn't look good.
Oh, and the printed version is FLAWLESS. [}:)] Like Super-Collawesome. [}:)] [}:)]

You know what? If you didn't remember that the kittten (Can't remember it's name) was resting it head on a blanket I think it was, you'd say the cats right side of it's head was deformed!

That Kitty Kat is indeed "Chessie" the Kitten.
I'll take one (either silk screen or iron-on). I also need to pickup a Tyco shirt from Tony C.
Keep me posted, bro. I'll PayPal ya.

I'll be talking to my silk screen folks tomorrow. Will show them the Chessie image and get back to you with info.
