The only think I know about them is that they seem to be European. The loco appears to be painted over. What are they?

hi ray they are TRIX TWIN TTR- BLACK PYTCHLEY,as can be seen by the to brass adjusters ken
 british made british loco,these trains were unique in their day as you could run 2 trains on same track

I can't use them so don't know what to do with them. At least I know what they are if someone is interested in them for parts.

Those parts any easy to find I bet! I'd buy it cheap to put on a shelf and look at for ever probaly!
