I have this Rivarossi Casey Jones 4-6-0 I wanna see run again. Anybody up for the challenge of reassembling it? I have all the parts and the tender is reassembled. I tried reassy. it, gave up. I have a instruction sheet for it. I found some online places, but, they want too much! Also, who here knows a good reptable and fair priced person who re-paints HO? I wanna get my Mantua 4-4-0 re-painted.

I'd really like to tackle both projects. But, I may not be the person to ask. I'm definitely an amateur when it comes to painting/detailing. Reassembly of the Casey Jones, sounds doable.
I have the quartering jig, tools for the main/side rods. Most projects take me about 4 months to complete.
I know there are other folks on this forum that are very adept with these models. Maybe you'll get an offer soon.

Unspoken expectations are premeditated failures.

I reassemble it, but it really isn't that difficult. What are you having most problems with?
