I just finished getting my Mantua Pacific buttoned up! Have had it for 4 years, finally repainted except the drivers. The tender's trucks, in which I painted, is covered on all side in paint and now has no pick-up! The frame and wire when power applied, runs. What sides of the trucks can I paint without disturbing the power flow?

Current pickup from the tender is through the needle bearings on the axles. You'll have to clean the paint out from inside of them.
