A newer model maybe some of you will now. But who made this SD60M , only thing I can find is MTH made one. I am really hoping that is who it is. I just bought it and don't have in hand yet, but the anticipating is killing me. If its MTH this went from good score to great score.

Looks like an Athearn.

Looking at the SD60M, it a rail power products shell on a Athearn frame.

Thanks guys, Nelson I'm pretty sure this is a SD60 and not a GP60, also this is a 1991 Pulling for Freedom train, and i found the link and it might be Athearn, still a cool engine. Justin, trust me that is not RPP shell. I have been dealing with their SD60M shells and beginning to think I bit off more than I can chew but working through it, from the pics this is a factory paint job. Here is the only link I could find with the train in factory colors, hence my guess of MTH, Im not even sure if this is HO or O in video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IEayqFCB1Gw

You're, right Jeremy... for some reason one of the 2009 SD60 link on HOSeeker leads to the GP60 sheet. Took me a few minutes to figure that out... I didn't think I was that out of it.
Here's the 2008 version. http://www.hoseeker.org/assemblyexplosionAthearn/athearnsd60rtr2008.jpg
The MTH in the video is O scale (note the blackened center rail). It doesn't look like they made one in HO from my Google searches.
