MY BOTW is a wharf building kit bashed from two Tyco freight depots. It still needs a roof piece and a few finishing touches.

RW,

That is excellent work and shows some really flexible thinking... can you take a few more shots for me and email them? Or just edit and add them in here. This assumes the little fella under the pier doesn't get you!!!!

Gareth, here you go. I got the idea for the kitbash from Art Curren's "Kitbashing HO Structures" book.

Yes, I had totally forgotten about Nessie. She's been under there forever. Every year on my birthday, I invite my friends to work on my layout. I give them pretty much free reign to "decorate". I've collected a bunch of Disney Monorail figures and they've ended up all over the layout. I'll take some pics and post it in loose ends.

Hey Thomas;

I'm very impressed with your structure Kitbashing. Did you take any pics during the construction phase?

MB - I love those Schuco monorails. I was lucky enough to find one at a reasonable price a few years ago. I'm still contemplating how to add it to the layout.

The monorail figures I mentioned are Disney's "Monorail Characters" that were available at the parks several years ago. The figures are sized anywhere from HO-scale to O-Scale.

Gareth - unfortunately no, I built it many years ago and I did not take pictures. I do take pictures now as much as I can. Hooray for camera phones. :-)

This building is in responce to the one week where someome showed this exact building but it was a Model Power one
This is the AHM version & yes it is unassembled

Didn't Tyco make this once? Have seen the N scale version too
This building would be great for a Old West scene or a Old West tourist town in modern times hehe
