Here is what I am starting this week, 2 Alabama Southern GP35R's in a paint scheme shaygetz will love. My question is what all do I need to do to a stock Athearn GP35 shell to make a GP35R.

I will look up some info on the prototype conversion project. But based on the photos, the turbo was removed. So you need to remove the single exhaust stack and plate over the opening. Then add 2 non-turbo exhaust stacks on either end of the DB fan housing.
