Ken;

Try CMT in Missisauga and George's trains in Markham. Thought I saw one in both places. They are PFM/Van Hobbies imported units made by Samhongsa in S.Korea

ken my advice on the jubilee is hassle hard,as these go for big money ie 450 plus dollars,i say go,not right really,they are seen at those prices but shift very slowly,ie shelf dwellers,so do not be afraid to ask for a good deal,ken
i have seen a couple on ebay go for less

Hey Ken:

I defer on the Shay. I've ridden behind one but I'd be asking the same "Q" as you.

Our `over `ome Ken is right though, ask for a big discount on any brass steam thats sitting on the consignment shelves. Most have been sitting a long time, some the stores no longer have contact because the seller has moved or died....

George's also has a few Climax and Shay's last time I was there... they'll be older and not up to the latest standards, but with your skill set and predisposition for repair, enhancement and so on that shouldn't present a problem

Also contact Mike in Burlington, thats here on the forum, maybe he can tink of a consignment shelf closer to you than Toronto?
