I"m only going "half way" on this post. Here's a little stubby hopper, possibly ROCO?, missing one truck, otherwise decent. Flea Market find Saturday, $1 along with a shell only of a Excess Height livestock UP car. First time I've found HO trains at a flea market in quite some time around northern Virginia. VERY rare to find any.

Not sure, but this might be my first ever shorty hopper.

I thought those animated cars were always cool! I never seen one in real life, just online. Ben, your DRGW caboose is a much older kit by Athearn. Once upon a time, they included sprung trucks in there kits.

Justin,
I am a hoarder of them, I never spent more then $20 dollars for one. They usually fetch much less if they don't have the brakeman with them. Keep your eye on the box tops filled with cars at train meets you are bound to find one there.

Da plane, da plane!
Flat cars with odd loads help beat the boxcar blues! Athearn rival Model Power for what they can do with a 40' flat, plane and simple.
