sunday i seen a UP loco in my local freight yard. I live in Meadville Pa.!! About 35 miles south of Erie Pa. Can anyone tell about this?

BNSF & UP do that all the time
No stranger than the CN in this pic at UP's Bailey Yard

or this FerroMex on BNSF in Bridgeport, Ne's yard

I do see East railroads sometimes too
