I have an Athearn SW-7 with a funny problem. The front's trucks very front wheels won't spin! The wheels behinds the front's pair does. Gear issue maybe? Will a GP truck or parts work? I have 2 thats dismantled.

Post a picture of the truck top, bottom, and side, and I'll look in my parts boxes.

Ok. Do it this weekend. Its a newer kit model. Truck frames are plastic and can be removed. Heres a link for the instructions:

Same idea as for running gear, just not a SW7.

Bad gears. The 2 small ones on the axles wear cracked! Got the gears were replaced from a newer pair of F-Unit truck gears. Will need the one-hole styled motor mounts.
