Can't recall if those AHM GP18's had a bell on them or not. I do think that example is a bit of an odd one. My N&W Bicentennial AHM GP18's and others I've seen all feature a blue frame to match the nose, not red. Interesting.

Ken,
Yes, the horn does come with the loco. It should be mounted in a hole directly behind the cab on the fireman's side. It is visible on the SCL unit you posted as well as the photo on the instruction sheet. The bell was a standard feature of all AHM GP18s. However, I think the N+W had the bell and horns of this loco mounted on the end of the long hood.

Ken, I just thought of something odd about the AHM GP18s. They all have steam generator stacks molded onto the roof of the short hood. Of the 388 or so made, only 13 had steam generators. NdeM #7520-7529 and GTW #4950-4952 are the only ones and they are a bit different from each other. I posted photos of an NdeM unit lower down in the AHM section. My passenger GP9 looks nearly identical to the GTW units except for colors. So all of your centennial locos are incorrect in that detail. Also, I think all GP18s owned by the N+W had dynamic brake blisters. That is an easy to add detail, but matching the paint would be hard.
