I have 2 old Varney diesels that seem SO HEAVY, its burns 2 whole sets of MOTOR! What motor (BRAND) won't do this anymore? I might just part 'em out and the heck wit 'em! Never bought such horrible engines fer $25!

| You need to look for old open frame Pittman's...they were made for that kind of load...I might even have one or two that you can experiment with.

It sounds lore like there's either dried lubricants in it or something binding. If motors are burning out, something's wrong. Does the mechanism turn freely?
