Hi,

Can anyone tell me the maker of this building or what the building is called? I need to find another one and I don't know what to type in on eBay.

This looks very similar to the building I work in and I would like to make an HO scale building of my office, but I need to get another one and combine the two. An unbuilt kit would be even better.

Thanks,
Mark

Wow, that was fast! Ask and ye shall receive!

Thanks a lot! Now, I just have to locate one and chop them both up to make our building.

I work for a small newspaper and am hoping to have the building on the front cover of our "Holiday Gift Guide," so I need to get it all done by November.

Thanks again for your help!

Mark

Ha ha! Not even close!

I think with two buildings or a building and a kit, I can cut them up and make our building pretty close. Have to cut out a floor and make it two stories and add a window across the front. Should be a good challenge!

I think the hardest part will be moving the door from the right to the left side.

Here is a photo of our building...

Nah, I don't see that building as being much help to me. The parts I need most are the 3rd-floor windows and roofline, which will be the 2nd floor for me. I want to make it as close as possible to our building. I see a few kits on eBay. One is cheap, but opened and I can't tell if all the parts are there.

I'm not concerned about the interior at all; I plan to take digital photos of the interior and create the front room that way...even down to our office cat in the front window.

I'll post photos when I'm done, but don't hold your breath!

Thanks,
Mark
