Nice Ken, and a classic.

Another classic is this sweet and patriotic PRR Stewart 628. You know the "Keystone State" and all.

A smooth runner with a Kato drive. I bought it at my haunt yesterday.

I can't remember what I have and haven't shown on here. Anyway, here's an Athearn RDC.

I bought this for $10 even though it was missing a truck. The dealer took my address and promised to send me a truck, saying he had a ton of those "rubber band locomotives" at home. Well, he sent a truck, but it wasn't the right one. It was the type that goes with the GPs and F7s. Anybody got a spare truck for this or know where to get one?

I have two of those Athearn RDCs. One is running the proper trucks. The other has a pair of F7 trucks on it. I know it is not right to have the F7 trucks on it but IMHO it is worse to have no trucks and not be running at all.

I thought of that, since the F7 trucks seem to be easier to come by, but I'm holding out for the right one.

This thread needs more patriotism

AHM that belonged to my friend. A year or so ago he gave me his whole childhood collection. Engine is actually a pretty good runner its 8 wheel pickup & drive. Sucks I just didn't have time to clean it properly and my camera picked up way to much detail in macro mode haha.

Phew, almost missed Independence Week! Oh say can you see...

This is a Mantua 1890 Rodgers 4-6-0 in the Spirit of America scheme, a Tyco doppleganger if ever there was. If I could keep only one steam locomotive, this would be it - Stars 'n Stripes forever!
