The motor makes me believe it's a Kidder...those brush screws were a pretty common sight on his stuff.

Except Ben this one is Electric not Diesel/Electric.

Was a prototype something & Spokane. CAn't get into old harddrive on dead system (Mobo problem) but I have some pics....
