I have a Tyco brownbox era unloading depot set. The tractor only goes have way, then stops. Won't retract or move at all!

I believe there's a rotating wheel inside, with a plastic arm, which moves the tractor back and forth. I think if the end or pin breaks off, it'll push it one way, but pop loose the other and won't come back, or something like that. Sort of a friction fit, you can push it back together for another round, but won't pull back as the problem is a broken ? in there. Been awhile since I looked at the one I had, but it had that problem , if I recall. Take the roof off, or the underside floor, and you'll see the wheel and arm. If it's the one I'm thinking of....
