My car of the week is a salute to Seal Team #6, way to go boys! Picked this boxcar up some months ago at the Richmond, VA show. Was $10, custom done, little did I know how prophetic it'd be now! I'll have to drag this one around with a Bicentennial engine somehow ( none are DCC'ed right now ). Thought it a neat item. Wasn't built yet, I picked up an already-built Athearn WP boxcar at lunch today and robbed it of the undercarriage this evening ( already done ) and put it up under this one, Kadee's and all. Now I can run it!

RIP, you ol' devil. It was fun while it lasted, then you got blasted. Let us know some day how the virgins are

Hi Frank, The fuzzy critter wondered out from under the Mambourg Lodge with no momma! I've kept her going for nearly a month now. Just days ago she started eating Spagetti O's from a plate....
I slept out in our cabin the other night & had the baby on the floor in a blanket ball. Woke up and she was sleeping on the bed beside me!

Very sweet! Just don't kiss it. Hear the story on the 'net about 17 people undergoing rabies treatment because they all handled a baby raccoon, passing it around, kissing it, sticking their fingers in it's mouth? Then it got sick, the baby got tested, positive for rabies. Had to put it down. And all those ( kids? teenagers? ) are now getting stuck with needles. Ouch. Be careful! I have two wandering about my house, think they're living in my garage ( broken big door, not fixed yet ) , they're fun to watch, but still , never hurts to be safe.

Hey Buss ; Bowser was still making the set a few years ago. It is still in their current catalog. I never see them at train shown so I wonder where they all are. I like the Tyco Talgo train better. You can't find them either. * About your critter. Raccoons with rabies just like dogs become very aggressive. When it wants to rip your head off, or have you for lunch, or drive your car, it has rabies. Yours is far from that. A nice normal, curious, intelligent, animal. With adopting wild animals, your not to do that. Now when a Animal adopts you, not much you can do. All I can say it keep it safe and away from wild animals. When they get big they can get very destructive. They are not being bad. just being a raccoon. If yours is a girl, dont be surprised if it just walks away one day. The divorce rate is high.
