Just finished getting this one restored! The project this time around was Lindsay's "Stubby" diesel yard switcher, which is a tiny all-metal model from the early 50's powered by their famous 7-pole motor. Aside from waiting for paint to dry, it only took me a few hours to get this running and looking like a new engine!

Very nice restoration of a very nice model. In the full-size railroad world, there were numerous small but mighty industrial switchers, and it's nice to see them represented.
