I picked up this Tyco Pizza Hut kit for $5 last weekend and dressed it up to somewhat fit the era of my layout.

The original 1970s Pizza Hut logo is molded in to the roof as Ben said, but the new lettering for mine is 3D printed. The print is hollow on the back and sits on top of the molded logo. Should an era change ever be desired I can just remove the signage!
