Model Power now makes most of what you are looking for and then some.
Including the BFRRG car.

Here is a short clip of the BFRRG in action,,and if you watch closely there is what appears to be some kind of boxcar at 53seconds.
Well,,, it WAS transported to Nevada on a flatcar anyways,,,,
