I do not even know if thats the proper term for it.(shading)
Anyway this is going to seem like a real stupid question
but here goes ...
I am on this forum everyday sometimes 3 or 4 times a day and back
when I first joined when I went to read a new topic the title
would "shade over" or change color when I clicked on it.
That way I knew when I went back after reading several topics
I knew what was "read" and "unread".
This does not happen anymore.
Is there anyway in my setting to get this feature back?

Look at the upper right corner and make sure you're logged in.
Also try refreshing your screen. If you just back out of a thread it will have the original info "buffered"
