A while back, I think last October, I got a RMC observation car. Sure, I (or technically my dad as a present!) splurged at $35, but it was just so cool!!! Any idea on actual price? Yes, it is over now, but I'm just curious. The man is nice, and also belongs to the LTC, and he sold me another cool car, a Pocher PT Barnum Advertising Coach. Any guesses on that too? I know that the Pocher isn't worth much, but just curious. Will post pix when I can. The man tried to give me a deal too, buy knocking off about $20 if I bought another special car from the series (a baggage to go w/ the obs.), but I only wanted the one, to go at the end of my HV Yankee set...

...but that's another story.

D.J. (Yeah, I'm "that kid"... Deal.)

DJdetrainman, I have to say, that I haven't seen very many kids your age being as appriciative of things and people as you are. It's always nice to read your posts and to see that you have some good interests!

I love the line about your Grandpa & his passengers!
