Over the years I have amassed quite a collection, more stuff that I can ever possibly ever run. My time has become increasingly short due to work obligations, going out, spending time with the girl and all so I have decided to sell of a part of my collection. I am in dire need of room in the train room as well so that I can finally expand the layout. Long story short, I am selling lots of stuffz.

Instead of dealing with Evil Bay, I thought that I would give my friends first dibs at this stuff. I am not loking to get rich and will offer deals so long as the shipping isnt more than what im selling. Only thing I ask for is that there are no long term holds. I desperately need the room to expand. Also, I will ship as soon as possible. I work long hours during the week so Saturday mailouts will be the norm. Enough rambling here goes:

Please note prices are very much negotiable especially if you buy more stuffz:

This is a nice lot and should yield 2 locos with parts for another one. Roundhouse locos are a pain on DCC systems due to high draw and I really have no time to complete these. Im asking 35 for the set shipped. Please note that one truck is broken but the gears are there.

The B&O is 23 shipped. It is missing the cow catcher. I have another that is complete so if anyone is interested, please let men know.
NYC #481 is complete but one of the rods is bent in. Didnt attempt to fix it but it does run. 26 shipped.
NYC 5742 has the front cow catcher. (have it somewhere) but it is damaged. Dont know the make if this engine and it does run. 20 shipped.
The Cresent is very nice but ithas a crack on the plactic cab roof. Its not too noticable and can be glued and painted to disguise it. $26 shipped.
the bottom NYC 481 (just noticed the same cab numbers) has what I beleive is a carey shell. Runs great and can use some touchup paint. 30 shipped. (SOLD)

Here are a few more for sale. The Rossi locos are pending sale as I promised to show them to Nelson prior to selling them here. If he is not interested, I will accept reasonable offers.

This is a very nice mantua loco. The previous owner took great care of it and painted the wheels to match. 40 shipped.

Old post but are the 2 athearn GP9's still around by any chance? I haven't been around here much in awhile. Having collected about 90% of Athearn's yellow box era freight cars I'm turning around to try and get all the roadnames of GP9, F7 and caboose offered in those years, hifi drive or otherwise. This year's train around the xmas tree is a car by car reproduction of a 1962 train set catalog picture except the locomotive.

Just an Over 'n Under complete set, the make doesn't matter as long as it fits conventional track. Prices on eBay are ridiculous though

Yes it is!

Sorry everyone for not responding. Not to sound like a broken record but I have been swamped both at work an in my personal life. I literally get an hour or 2 to run trains and that is all I have done. This week is not good either as I'm going out of town but next week for sure I will update and send pics to those who have asked for them.

It would be more 'conventional'. Rivarossi made the band drives. Athearn BB is typically an older can.
