WOW, I was really wanting one of these but that about a grand more than I would pay. Last year they were on there for below $400.

I mean, there's a reason the Lionel Hudsons were popular back then. If you saw this going by your house everyday as a child, you would definitely want a model of one.

WOW! Nice photos and stories so far.

Meanwhile some internet videos of the New York World's Fair in 1964 and 1965.

What a great time people had visiting that site.

To be young again.

Minature LIRR train shown a bit before the eight minute mark.

A comparison between yesteryear and today.

My video of that LIRR miniature train fifty years later.

This time it is at Riverhead New York.

Not railroads nor model train items but still interesting.

Live webcam of eagles and nature sounds. Different camera angles at regular intervals.
Using your cellphones next to your layouts you get real background nature sounds.
Still daylight right now since the webcam is in Iowa.

Another webcam to view other eagles.

Susan Dey back in the day.

I did not care for the show she was on fifty years ago but she was very cute and wholesome nevertheless.

Some movie she was in few years later but not a good role model in this photo.
Although in love her character is oblivious to the surroundings. If a train comes ...

Some videos from that ride. First the Avengers episode.

Did not see that engine mentioned in The Avengers British show.
Photos from a 1965 movie. Never saw it but read it has train scenes.

Movie is named "Viva Maria".

Has French actresses Brigitte Bardot and Jeanne Moreau.

Few photos show Miss Bardot with trains.

Filmed in Mexico at one of their railroads.

Both were famous actresses in France.

Plenty of photos showing Miss Bardot without trains.

Jeanne Moreau also has plenty of photos without trains.

Do not know how much train time is in this movie. Most men would not care for obvious reasons.

The Avengers was my favorite TV program back in the day. Finding
full length episodes on the net is very scarce, and I've never seen this
episode of Perils of Miss Peel. That is classic Avengers at its very best,
thank you for showing. Where on Earth did you find it?

All those actresses were stunning beauties. As was Elizabeth
Montgomery, her life cut short so tragically.

Susan Dey's green eyes could stop a locomotive on the spot.

Betty Grable photos are famous and abundant.

According to internet information the engine used in that movie is Nacionale de Mexico mogul number 650.
Built by Baldwin in 1889 for passenger and freight service in Mexico.

Was the first choice for the Back to the Future movie but had operations trouble.

Here is a very interesting model of a famous former football stadium.

Built for $20000 by a fanatic New York Giants fan in a garage.

His homage to Giants Stadium. 1976 to 2010. Ironic that the last football game was a Jets home game.

Probably closer to G scale since he runs G scale trolley around the inside of the garage.

Yes she was Jeff.

Most of us were introduced to Ann Margret in a Flintstones cartoon episode. She voiced the character.
