Conrail, my favourite railroad! I can remember seeing reefers like this in Altoona.

Adding to the caboose theme, my COTW is this Mantua/Tyco bobber caboose. On my layout, the Fishhook and Mussentuchit RR runs a transfer train to the switching yard of the Tabor and Waldo. Bobbers make good transfer cabeese, since they're plenty good for the short trip.
