This car has been in my display cabinet since the 80's when i was a teenager. I bought it new in 1985. I have the original box somewhere in storage. The Budweiser Clydesdales horses are beautiful. I got to see them at Busch Gardens Amusement Park in 1986. This use to be where the retired horses were kept for everyone to see as the stables were on the grounds at the park.

Nice car. I got to see those horses every year at the Preakness. I pulled security there for 9 years...the things I saw in that infield...oy!

There's also Budweiser and Bud Light car in that set of Bachmann's from the early/mid 1980's...





And Bachmann did an Old Time Budweiser train set around that same time too.

I wonder what a "Budweiser Clydesdales" plug-door RBL boxcar would haul...they do happen to be a popular car for products such as dog food and glue, however.

Nice Bud car Brain.. I believe this Cat Chow Box Car is one of only two Bachmann pieces that I have..
