I know, i know, I put this on last week, but I finally got my Queensland Rail C430 yesterday and it looks AMAZING next to the QR caboose. My favorite looking locomotives are in order Pennsylvania C430, Chessie SD45, Canadiana C430, and the Western Pacific GP20, this almost hops to the top, but nothing will ever overtake my Pennsy C430.

Dude, that's so cool. Especially since it was never available in the US.Also, can you show us your Pennsy version of this?

Still on the hunt for this Tyco C430, by far the coolest scheme out there.

Deserves a repeat of these rare items. At least rare in America.

Glad you bumped it. Lately I've been drooling about a Tyco Aussie C430, didn't know if they make a caboose or not, now I do. Only seen that scheme for Tyco crane car, otherwise. No other rolling stock in any Tyco.
Nor can I find anything about how Tyco came to attempt the Australian market, how it went, or when. My NSW F7 has a MU2 drive, so it has to go back a ways. Guessing, somehow, this has that awful PT motor.
Does anyone have any information about Tyco Australian??
