I believe that the Rivarossi Budd 1940s observation car was a Reading model. I suppose you could make a fair stand-in with Rivarossi Budd cars and a kitbashed Tyco 4-6-2.Edited by - Redwoods on January 31 2013 6:06:11 PM

I read somewhere that Penn Line only made about 700 of those engines. Never re-ran it.
