I found some undecorated Athearn shells at he LHS for $3 each. I made this one into a NJ Transit SW-7 Switcher. The paint was Testor's Semi-Gloss black. The decals were Microscale NJ Transit. The dull coat I used was also Testor's. I parkerized the railing so the spray paint would stick to the railings. Everything was applied with my Badger Airbrush.

Thanks Guys!
Ken- NJ Transit is a commuter line to Hoboken, NJ amd NYC. I used to ride it every day while commuting to NYC when I worked for NYC Transit (NYC Subway).
NJ Transit actually had a SW-1500 painted like the SW-7 I did, including the color of the handrails.
