Hi All,
This is a StromBecker hopper. I think this came in a box lot my Wife got for me a while ago.
Thanks for looking.

Ken, a good one especially with the Our Mothers Cocoa graphics and Mother's Day coming up soon here in the colonies.
MyTyco, I really like those paper sided cars form StomBecKer, fun to see.

Putting a "double spin" on my post, my two propeller cars. I should wire up one to spin with a tiny motor underneath. LOL. THen again, I have enough projects to last me to old age. Sigh. Which doesn't feel far off. Anyway, enjoy the prop-wash!

Lots of neat stuff this week! Here's my only HO find from this spring's big flea market. I've been wanting one for some time:

Aside from the dust it's in good shape. Somebody converted it to Kadees, but they did a good job.

To AMC guy - those propeller looking things are nautical screws that would be used to propel a boat - I doubt that they'd be spinning or free wheeling on a flat car. They make an interesting load. In the real world they'd be secured with blocking and tie down straps or rope.

Lions and Tigers and... Rhinoceroses? Oh my!
Roll up, roll up, the circus is in town! Tyco may be the king of billboard freight cars but what about billboard coaches? This Old Time coach by Rivarossi is a real stunner and vies for my favourite car of all time. Must be dark inside though, guess that's to calm the animals as the last place you'd want to be is sat beside a nervous elephant. Just ask the guy with the shovel!
