After all my years going there for fires, ambulance calls, and everything else under the sun. I was finally going to be able to see EMD with out having to focus on a paticular job. So my dept. as well as one of our auto aid dept.'s got to do a walk through. Checking out there alarm systems, pumps etc. I am the only train guy on my Dept. just so happens the Capt. on the other Dept. is a huge train nut. we were like to kids in a candy store. We were walking in the prime mover build part when my partner snaps a pic with his phone. Just as he takes it some guy starts tearing him a new one the guy freaks. We really didnt see the signs stating no pictures are allowed. Security didnt even say anything to us lol. I hope they dont think we are going to sell it to the Chineese. well here is the pic. I am not sure which Prime Mover I think the 5 something.

Didn't you tell them that you needed to document their sprinkler system to make sure it was up to code? LOL! Geez. They need a better PR system, I'd LOVE to see the inside of that plant. Wow. What a moment, Kodak or otherwise. How many secrets can there be to a diesel engine? Companys are so paranoid. Thanks for sharing, I won't tell anyone.
