Gave it a go this weekend trying to weather some covered hopper cars. I am sure like anything else the more I do the better I will get.

Doesn't look like a bad first try. I'd say the spots are a bit "big" for rust spots, a bit overkill, but overall a good start.

The rust on the first two looks a little spattery, but the last two look pretty convincing. Nice graffiti...decals?
