I'd taken apart the one I have last year, as it didn't want to run well, tonight I got back on it (along with rebuilding a PT motor ( runs great now )), found a contact flattened out, so resprung it and put it back together, and runs rather well. While looking at the motor, I noticed that it appears the contacts to the brushes can be moved enough to solder wires, and maybe get another insulated set of contacts to the brushes so it can use a Decoder. Probably an N gauge one would work best. Has anyone tried to do this to one of these yet? Doesn't have much low-end speed, but maybe DCC would fix that. Anyway, I rather like this little hill-climber, I think it can be used as a streetcar as well. Refurb'ed. LOL.

Maybe add a few more people in the seats. Would be fun running this around my club's layout on the local tracks. Oh yeah....
