No, I have enough to do indoors, I don't wanna play outdoors...well, I WOULD, if Virginia would get snow, we're just getting freezing drizzle or freezing rain out of this next storm. NOT wanting to play in THAT. Yuk! Have fun with your 1-2 FEET of snow, northerners.

The snow is supposed to start here early tomorrow morning. We're getting 15cm I believe (about half a foot). I have a four hour outdoor shift at work tomorrow, followed by a 40 minute walk to school. Sweetness. I think I'll stay inside tonight

Not gonna touch that last comment...

Anyway, I haven't gone out to measure, but we're supposedly on the tail end of 10 inches of snow. 20+ inches just a ways South. I'm sick of this. The weather men/women--all of them---around here said it would be a mild winter and forecast very small snow amounts. They were wrong. Now they keep throwing around the term "blizzard" and defining it over and over. I'm a teacher, and it's starting to look like we may be in school until 4th of July to make up for all this.

I'm sure Nebraska is pretty, Micro, but I think I prefer the east coast region - I get mountains, oceans, and politics...and lots of trains. What else could I ask for?

Jerry, in 33 degrees ( just missed the freezing rain last night )

Am I the only one here who likes the cold? It actually wasn't that cold here today. A little windy (and snowy), but it was warmer than it's been.

Anyone want to guess what this is a picture of?

Train tracks! Well....they're under there somewhere.

This is someone who felt the need to open their umbrella from inside their car...not quite sure what that was about, but I took a pic of it!

Grem, I live on the East Coast now but originally from York, Nebraska. Lived about 1/2 mile from BN Alliance line. No way does East Coast have more trains than Nebraska. I could also drive about 30min North and be on the UP's Main line.
