Great thread idea... lots of fun stuff. It's worth noting that the vast majority of brands that Tyco did cars for have managed to outlive the Tyco name itself. Even when they change, as the parent logo and font for DOTS.
Anyway, here's my contrib:

Actually, you're sort of right in that most of them haven't changed "much".... but the interesting thing is that almost every one of them has changed in some way, often very subtle.
In fact, looking at what's posted the only ones I would say have not changed at all are the Old Dutch, Mortons Salt, Coca-Cola, and classic Campbells Soup (the Chunky one has changed). All off the other logos and marks have undergone at least some sort of tweak, be it a subtle change of font or shadow, or a much more obvious transformation. Also worth noting is the Pepsi and Doritos packages shown are deliberate "retro / throwback" nostalgia efforts; the current logos look nothing like them otherwise.
I've always been intrigued and fascinated by branding and graphic design, so I have an eye for this. Should have pursued a career out of it, oops.
This has indeed been a fun thread too. Still lots of examples out there waiting to be done...
