Hey all,

Been away for awhile, but a friend of mine picked up a couple of Tyco trains at an estate sale that he thought I would like. Turns out he found something very interesting to me. At first I thought it was just the usual common stuff, but then I realized that the Arco tanker is gray, not white. This one is pure white like the Union 76 single dome tanker, but with the Arco logos, no road markings or numbers though. Definitely Tyco, original box, tooling all matches. Photo not great, but it is white.

I am attaching a picture and am curious if anyone has ever noticed this variation before.

This might inspire me to start looking for a few pieces I want to add to my wall.

Thanks for all your help.

Scott

That looks nicer than the usual ones for sure. I note the ARCO logo is nice, clean and unwarped which is pretty unusual. But it also looks like the ladder is metal, which I don't think I've seen on one of those before. Looks good in white though. Nice find.
