Pay Pal does not have any info on him so they can not help me.

Is it pc2 or ps2 parts.com? Was it directly through a site, or through ebay?

I had a similar experience, I purchased 4 and never received them. It took a while but I finally got him on the phone and he refunded my money. Hope all deals with him are not like mine.

If you paid though paypal they can sometimes get your money back. Did you try calling him? That might be the best route first. They have a complaint resolution process where they can pull the money back out of his account as long as it is still there. When I got burned in a scam once I didn't get anything back as the person had already split with the money. Good luck.

i would try calling him. i paid for mine & he never got the paypal email. when he learned i had paid for them he sent them right out.

if he never sends them or if you can't get in touch with him, open a case with paypal. it's not hard to do.
