Aside from prototypes, what are some of the rarest Tyco items that were actually produced?

AF, didn't know you're in my area. I go to that show almost every time it's there. I'd love to see this F-9, I didn't know about that one. Let me know if you want to meet up.
I find some little treasures at Kevin's store (LV Rail).

Hey Lexlie, I like the old regular wheels Matchbox cars in the pic. The #13 Wrecker, the #65 Jag, and the pink #23 Caravan trailer.. I have 31 MIB regular wheels cars/trucks...

Hi All,
nice stuff! The PRR Alco C430 is sweet. I have not found one yet.
Lexlie, Walt, I really like and collect the Matchbox regular wheels as well. I need to find the Ford Fairlane police car and the pink trailer for my collection.
Thanks for sharing

Hi Walt
my son got about 20 of those old cars including bigger ones of the same brand
those were from lesney they came from an old lady who used to live next door
they were used by her son about 30 years ago some are in very good condition
and some are very tired...checked a site of car collectors and none of them are very rare
so i let my son play with them...

Yeah Lexlie, those are the old Lesney Matchbox regular wheels series that ended around 1968-9.. The Hot Wheels Relines started and Matchbox then made the Superfast cars. The larger cars & trucks were called King Size and some of them are interesting too!
I grew up with the Matchbox Regular Wheels cars ... and I still love'm today!

Wow, I came here to check out rare Tyco locos and ended up taking a trip down memory lane.
Being originally from Canada, I remember a lot of those early Matchbox and Husky cars. I also had a lot of Corgi stuff as well.
Anyway, I just saw one of those Canadiana locomotives on eBay the other day.
Wasn't cheap, I can tell you that
Cheers, Ian

My Favorite Husky car is this Sunbeam Alpine. The NOS red one on card shown but I liked the metallic brown one the best (shown on truck)
