I have a chance to pick up a Lionel set in the original box. The book that comes is dated 8-59.
It has a Model PA1026 Tri-ang Railway transformer that does not work he tells me its burnt out.
The Model # on the box is X829 and its a display box.
Anyone know what I should pay for it?

This unit is larger than HO and has a complete set of figure 8 track.

I checked all my cataloged and uncatalogued set books....and I can not come up with anything
on the set number you provided.....
