Toys can be enjoyed by everyone, automobiles are limited by their size, price and who needs one. Although, if I'd saved all the money I've spent on the 1,000's of diecast over the last 20 years I've bought, I could probably buy a nice Gremlin by now...LOL. But I can buy them $1-5 at a time, can't do that with a full-sized car, either. Although, that 1/43rd scale Boss White Metal 1970 Javelin I bought back in the '90s, made in the UK, for $140, was practically a car payment back then, it was worth the money for the detailng and rarity of that model being made. Almost no one makes a model of the 1970 AMC Javelin in metal. Only Playart made some in the '70s, 1/64th scale, that I know of. Anyway, I love my toys and miniature cars, so I'll keep buying. Jaguar? Rolls? Who needs them?
