It is a Tyco but its in a Mantua box

This is another from the flea market lot:
It's got springs in the trucks, which I don't have many of. It needs some work though, because it keeps derailing. I haven't figured it out yet. One of the other cars in the lot actually had a deformed wheel, but that doesn't seem to be the case here.

According to information it opened in 1964 closed around 2000. Was one of the biggest Hobby store in Miami, Florida. Probably had Mantua make a special car. The Boxcar has a MMP number on the lower left side. (Mantua Model Products) Nice Find Ben

well I was told that after original owner died someone else took it over & ran it into the ground aka bankrupted the store
