 The upper billboard is pictured (or drawn) in the 1964-65 Tyco Trains Catalog for 98 Cents. I'm not sure exactly what year the later Bottom billboard was offered.
I have bought a few of the later billboards and I believe just one of the older version.
The seldom seen Tyco ESSO pole sign is also shown in the 64-65 catalog for only 79 cents.
