Varney Streamlined Hudson shell on, not sure what that chassis is. Should be a 4-6-4.

GARETH You have gone off assuming thing. it is not HO\. Look at the track. It is to ugly to be HO. It is S gague. It is american flyier S gague.
To add to it . It is a model of a B&O locomotive used to pull the Royal Blue from Baltimore to New York City. it had its own fully streamlined train painted to match. That applies to both the real one, and the toy. The model was not DC but AC powered. You can tell but the switch on top that it had no ( E-unit) auto reverse unit. You had to change the position of the switch to change direction of the locomotive.
