Fix for TYCO GG-1 ELEC. AMTRAK

I have a TYCO GG-1 ELECT. AMTRAK engine that is like new I bought it 35 to 40 years ago. I didnt have a track to run it on at the time built one later it never run befor an it did not run then, stored it and the other day I open it up an found that the moter shaft spins in the drive gear. Does any one have a fix for this?

You might try a small drop of ca on end of shaft ok.

A drop of super glue should do the trick. I've done this on a few engines and have always had great results.
