I'm getting ready to pick some brown box era Tyco's from craigslist. Talk to him and said they last ran when his was 15. He's 40 now! What tips can you give me on getting them to run good? My main fear is that they may be locked up!

OIL! You might wanna scrape the old factory grease off as it tends to harden, and put some new grease on. If they've been stored well, you probably won't have too many problems.

All had boxes and included a Chattanooga 0-8-0 with everything unused! smoke fluid and etc. Worth trading a couple rcs for!
