Anyone done this - semi-filled the hopper with Hydrocal & then sprinkled 'coal' on top?
Can you do it with some sort of release agent so that you can pull the molded shape out if you want to??

i would have thought a grease or vaseline wiped on the structure would keep it free to remove,then wipe item clean ken
